Description

Lead and deliver the overall financial strategy aligned to organisational priorities Act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies and standards Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Produce high-quality management information and statutory accounts Provide insight and challenge to support decision-making across the organisation Develop and lead a high-performing finance team Monitor financial performance and drive continuous improvement across services

Profile

A successful Head of Finance will ideally be:

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role Strong track record of strategic financial planning and delivering organisational change Excellent knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams Confident working with senior stakeholders at Board level Values-driven, with a genuine interest in making a positive impact

Job Offer
