About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
