Head of FM Operations — Multi-Site Facilities Leadership

Linea is seeking a Head of Facilities Management Operations to lead FM across a multi-site estate in North East England. You will drive safe, compliant environments and oversee maintenance, compliance, engineering, cleaning, catering, security, waste, grounds, and reception services.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will manage in-house teams and external contractors, ensuring value for money, KPIs, and a high-performing culture while shaping the long-term Estates and Facilities strategy.
