Head of Football Performance Analysis & Strategy

Blackburn Rovers FC are seeking an experienced Head of Performance Analysis to lead the club’s analysis provision across First Team, U21 and Academy. You will combine tactical expertise, video analysis and data-driven insight to shape coaching decisions and player development.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Development, you will manage a multidisciplinary team, travel for fixtures, develop a library of best-practice methodologies, and contribute to research with peer-reviewed publications.
