Head of Functional Genomics – AI‑Driven, Autonomous Lab

Substrate seeks a Head of Functional Genomics to build and lead a new vertical from scratch in London. You will own the screening pipeline, define the menu, and recruit Principal Scientists and Lab Technicians to execute at scale.
