About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching global operations strategy to align with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role such as Head of Global Operations or VP of Global Operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling international operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and change management on a global scale.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Experience with international supply chains, logistics, and compliance frameworks.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field highly desirable.
