Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Portsmouth Water is seeking a Head of Health & Safety to lead the Safety Always culture and enhance safety and wellbeing across operations. You will shape the H&S strategy, maintain the OHSMS, and drive continual improvement while engaging executives and delivery teams.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in risk assessment, policy development, and regulatory compliance within the water sector.
