Head of HR – Multi-Site People Strategy & Growth

KnoxRecruit is seeking a career-driven Head of HR to lead a team of HR and L&D professionals across multiple sites near Winchester. The role focuses on aligning HR with business goals and delivering people-forward strategies to support growth.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, partner with senior managers, oversee the HR/L&D budget, and drive recruitment and onboarding processes. Occasional travel across sites is required.
