About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and empathetic Head of Human Resources to lead their people operations. This senior leadership role, based remotely , will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and foster a positive and productive work culture. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture.
• Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing HR functions in a remote or distributed company model is highly desirable.
