About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function from a remote , UK-based position. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the company's HR strategy, driving organizational development, and fostering a high-performance culture across all locations. You will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and a proven ability to influence and drive change within a growing organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that attracts, retains, and motivates employees.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role (e.g., Head of HR, HR Director), with a strong track record of strategic impact.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law (UK and international), and talent management strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly advantageous.
