Head of Integration & Portfolio Delivery

Aviva plc is seeking a Head of Integration Management Office for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the Direct Line Integration programme, delivering integrated planning, governance and assurance across Aviva and Direct Line, with travel to London up to 2 days weekly and hybrid working.

You will influence senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, and provide independent oversight to ensure delivery against strategic and regulatory outcomes.
