Head of Learning & Engagement (Digital Experience)

PSD Group is seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Engagement to lead the organisation's learning, development and employee engagement agenda at Heathrow, London. This broad role combines L&D, engagement, digital employee experience and operational training.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a forward-thinking learning strategy, driving engagement and connection across a large, operational workforce and owning the employee app and digital learning environment.
