Head of Legal - Land & Property (In-House, Exeter)

Persimmon Homes in Exeter is seeking an In-House Solicitor to head the Legal Land Team and support the Group Solicitor. The role is based in Exeter and involves leading the Land Team across the group’s divisional offices.

The work is predominantly property-focused, specialising in affordable housing and investor sales, with advice on general land matters and some planning/infrastructure matters; travel to regional offices is expected.
