Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards of service delivery and facility upkeep.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership, revenue, and community engagement.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of centre staff, including fitness instructors, receptionists, and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Significant experience in managing leisure facilities or large-scale sports venues.
