Head of Lettings Propositions & Strategy

Lomond Group in London is seeking a Proposition Director on a 12 month fixed term contract (immediate start). You will own the proposition strategy end to end, basing decisions on market insight and commercial data, to benefit landlords, tenants and investors.

Based at our St Mary Axe head office, this role is hybrid with three days in the office and regular time out across the regions. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and build a robust business case while shaping product
