Head of Luxury Travel Operations – Remote/Hybrid

Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment is seeking a Head of Operations for a luxury travel DMC. The role is home-based with the London office three days a week, offering hybrid working patterns and flexible days.

You will own end-to-end operations, build processes, manage supplier relationships, and support founders as the team scales; 3+ years in luxury travel operations preferred, DMC or tour operator background advantageous, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
