Head of Maintenance & Facilities - Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our care homes. You will lead maintenance tasks across building and grounds, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will manage a small team, liaise with contractors, support annual budget planning, and report to the General Manager. A proactive hands-on approach and driving licence are essential.
