Head of Maintenance & Facilities - Care Home

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Head of Maintenance at one of our care homes to keep the environment safe, clean and welcoming for residents and staff. You will lead the maintenance team and coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely, quality work.

You will manage day-to-day tasks across the building and grounds, contribute to annual budget planning, and ensure compliance. A full UK driving licence and hands-on trade skills are essential.
