Head of Market Abuse Detection & Surveillance Strategy

Nomura seeks a senior leader to head Market Abuse Detection and Compliance Surveillance in London. This role guides strategy, design and oversight of the surveillance framework across NEHS, with teams in London and Powai.

You will drive data governance, analytics and regulatory engagement to ensure robust surveillance across asset classes and jurisdictions. Strategic input to Japan management and cross-border initiatives is expected, plus developing an AI strategy within governance.
