Head of Marketing Analytics & Growth Insights (Remote UK)

Harnham is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics to own the analytics strategy and lead a four-strong team. You will drive segmentation, targeting and data-led campaigns across multiple revenue streams, turning complex customer data into actionable insights that boost acquisition and retention.

Reporting to Marketing Director, you will partner with Sales, IT and Operations to expand the analytics function and embed a data-driven culture across the business.
