Head of Marketing & Brand Growth

Ampa Group is seeking a Head of Marketing for Marrons, a central leadership role within the centralised Ampa marketing function, partnering exclusively with Marrons leadership to scale the brand.

You will lead marketing governance, develop and deliver an integrated strategy aligned with commercial objectives, drive demand, enhance engagement, and oversee budgets and external partners to generate measurable business value across Marrons and related brands.
