Head of Marketing — Growth & Brand Leader in Health & Fitness

Catalyst is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the strategic marketing plan across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, D2C, e-commerce and export for a fast-growing health and fitness tech business in the UK.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, optimize paid media, email/CRM, content and brand, ensure ROAS targets, and partner with e-commerce and sales to drive growth while maintaining brand consistency.
