About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Marketing Strategy to join their fully remote team, based remotely with a focus on influencing brand presence across the UK. This senior role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead the strategic direction of all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all channels, including digital, content, social media, and PR.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key opportunities and insights.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) in developing and executing successful marketing strategies , with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote , fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
