Head of Marketplaces & Growth Strategy (Multi-Brand)

Castore Group is seeking an entrepreneurially driven Head of Marketplaces to lead our third-party marketplace channel across Castore, Belstaff & Grenson. This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on trading across Amazon, Zalando, ASOS Marketplace and more.

You will own the P&L, set quarterly targets, and build a multi-year expansion roadmap while tailoring brand-specific positioning for Castore and Belstaff.
