Head of Member Experience & Club Operations

Virgin Active is expanding as a Social Wellness Club and seeks an Experience & Operations Manager to lead the Member Journey Host and Duty Manager teams. You will drive hospitality, safety and operational standards across the club, working closely with the General Manager to enhance member experiences and retention.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-service excellence and budget awareness, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
