Head of Multi-Site Operations & Equity

Definition Gyms is a premium gym brand based in Tonbridge, Kent, seeking an operator to take full control across multiple sites. You will embed in culture, systemise operations, and lead Site One then Site Two, building a scalable playbook for future openings.

This role requires a proven multi-site track record in fitness, hands-on site openings, and P&L ownership with strong leadership and hiring capabilities. Equity earn-in and autonomy are offered with no head office oversight.
