About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head of Operational Excellence to lead their continuous improvement initiatives. This pivotal role involves driving the adoption of best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of efficiency and quality across the entire organization, entirely on a remote basis. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for enhancement, implementing strategic solutions, and ensuring that operational functions consistently meet and exceed industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy across the organization.
• Lead and mentor teams in identifying and implementing process improvements, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within all operational areas.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational excellence goals with business objectives.
• Manage projects related to operational enhancements and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Operational Excellence , Continuous Improvement, or a related field, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in managing remote teams and driving initiatives virtually.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
