About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Operations & Strategy to lead their operational functions and strategic planning initiatives. This senior executive role, based in Belfast , will be responsible for defining and executing the company's operational roadmap, driving efficiency, and ensuring long-term strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's overall operational strategy.
• Drive strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management and strategic planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
• Experience managing complex operational challenges and driving organizational change.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred.
