Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in a leadership position overseeing significant operational scope.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing remote teams and operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, supply chain management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with modern operations management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant certification is highly desirable.
