About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead their operational strategy and execution in Belfast . This senior leadership position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of all operational processes and teams. You will drive operational excellence, manage key performance indicators, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while working closely with other department heads to achieve overarching business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall operational strategy for the company, aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee all operational departments, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and P&L responsibilities effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Implement new operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior Operations Management role, such as Head of Operations or Director.
• Proven success in developing and implementing strategic operational plans.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
