About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary Head of Operations to lead their operational strategy and execution in Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall operational strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior operations leadership role, such as Head of Operations or Director of Operations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.

• Experience with operational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
