Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee all operational departments, including supply chain, logistics, production, and customer service.

- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior operations leadership role (e.g., Head of Operations, VP of Operations).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and driving significant improvements.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight of operational functions.
- Excellent understanding of process optimization, quality management, and supply chain principles.
