Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement overarching operational strategies to support business objectives and growth.
• Direct and manage all aspects of operations, including supply chain, logistics, and process optimisation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the operations department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior operations leadership role, ideally within a dynamic industry.
• Proven track record of successfully transforming operations and driving significant improvements in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and operational technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing P&L and budgets for a large operational division.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
