Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute a clear operational vision and strategic roadmap.

Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in operations leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling operations.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience working with advanced ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
