About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead their operational functions in Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to align with company objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including resource management, process optimization, and quality assurance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Manage operational budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operations department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior operations leadership role (e.g., Head of Operations, Director of Operations).
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational execution, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience managing hybrid teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
