We are a independent hospitality business seeking a Head of Operations to shape the next phase of our journey. This role is broad and high impact, with responsibility for the overall commercial and operational performance of the business.

The organisation has built a strong reputation, attracts significant footfall, and offers a unique destination that combines hospitality, retail and entertainment. There is opportunity to evolve, improve and unlock further growth.

The role involves working closely with the owners to drive performance across financial results, partnerships, guest experience, people, events and identifying new revenue opportunities. You will have autonomy to make a real impact and drive change where needed.

This is not about maintaining the status quo; we are looking for someone who questions how things are done and has the confidence to implement change where it is required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall commercial and operational performance of the business.
• Lead financial performance and manage partnerships to support growth.
• Oversee guest experience, people, events and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with owners and leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume hospitality operations.
• A strong commercial mindset with excellent financial understanding.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with being visible in the operation.
• Experience developing teams and creating accountability.
• A natural curiosity to improve businesses and drive growth.
