Head of Operations

We’re hiring: Head of Operations, Knowsley Hall

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Head of Operations to lead the day‑to‑day running of Knowsley Hall, one of the North West’s most distinctive historic venues.

This is a broad and important role, overseeing the operational delivery of private stays, weddings, corporate events, filming and hospitality, while helping to protect the standards, character and heritage of the Hall.

The right person will bring strong experience in hospitality, events or heritage operations, together with excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness and a real eye for detail.

They will be comfortable leading teams, working with suppliers, managing budgets, improving ways of working and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the quality and reputation of Knowsley Hall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, leading from the front, and playing a key role in the future development of a very special venue.
