We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic and commercially minded Head of Operations to help take a growing manufacturing operation to the next level.

Starting salary of £80,000

Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Job Description

Drive operational efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement Identify smarter, more effective ways of working and turn ideas into action Lead Production, Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams Use data and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making. Contribute to wider business strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience leading operations within a manufacturing environment Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field. Demonstrable success in improving efficiency, productivity and operational performance Experience leading continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, operational excellence and performance management
