About the Role
Our client is looking for a visionary Head of Operations to lead and transform their operational strategy from their vibrant Brighton location. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall direction and performance of all operational functions, driving efficiency, innovation, and strategic growth. You will be expected to build and manage high-performing teams, implement scalable processes, and ensure the company operates at peak performance. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching operational strategy to support company growth and profitability.
- Lead, inspire, and manage all operational departments, including supply chain, logistics, and customer support.
- Develop and implement best-practice operational frameworks and technological solutions.
- Oversee budget management and financial performance of the operations division.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence throughout the operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies across all operational spheres.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a Head of Operations or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling operations and managing complex business environments.
- Expertise in strategic operational planning , process optimization, and change management.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams is essential.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
