Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute the overall operational strategy for the company.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team of operations professionals across multiple departments.

• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Head of Operations role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale operational strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant operational budgets.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in supply chain management and operational technology solutions.
