Head of People & Culture — Executive Partner

KFC is seeking a Head of People & Culture Business Partner to join our Head Office/RSC in a hybrid role. You’ll partner with C-suite leaders to align talent, culture and organisation design with strategic priorities, coaching managers and driving employee experience across the business.

You’ll lead talent development, reward and employee engagement initiatives, and work alongside Centre of Excellence teams to raise leadership capability and performance, shaping the future of our organisation.
