Head of People Business Partnering - 4 Day Week, Hybrid

St Giles Trust is seeking an exceptional Head of People Business Partnering to shape our people agenda and partner with senior leaders to build an inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and able to perform at their best. This 12-month, 4-days-per-week role offers hybrid working with some national travel, London office in Camberwell.

It requires strong employment law knowledge, experience in complex employee relations, and CIPD qualification or equivalent; DBS clearance is expected.
