Head of Performance & Planning: Strategy & Reporting

Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) in Southampton is recruiting for a Head of Performance and Planning to lead the development of organisational strategies, annual business planning and performance reporting. The role supports executive decision-making with robust data and timely insight.

You will work with Data and Analysis teams and the Department for Transport to strengthen planning, reporting and governance, ensuring delivery and continuous improvement across MCA.
