Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the end-to-end paid and organic activation, driving customer acquisition, digital growth and profitability across all channels.

You will own the strategy, forecasting, ROI/ROAS benchmarks and collaborate with analytics, CRM, eCommerce and merchandising teams to maximize contribution and long-term growth. The role commands £70-80k DOE and onsite facilities.
