About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished and strategic Head of Performance Marketing to join their fully remote team. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving profitable growth through paid acquisition channels. You will oversee all aspects of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and other performance-driven initiatives, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving ambitious customer acquisition targets. This is a critical role for an experienced performance marketer who thrives in a remote setting and is adept at leading teams and shaping strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across all paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign performance rigorously, and conduct in-depth analysis to optimize spend and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
- Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, testing new platforms, technologies, and strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the performance marketing landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling large paid media budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
- Expertise in various paid acquisition channels and deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics and attribution platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau).
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively.
