Head of Performance Partnerships

Convergence Group is seeking a Head of Performance Partners to lead a combined team of Performance Partners, BI and Analysts, driving a hands-on, in-business leadership style to improve performance and development across the company.

You’ll coach and embed the Performance POD model, develop managers and use data for better decisions, with a practical, commercial impact across functions in a high-paced, growth-focused environment.
