Ensure the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability in all platform solutions. Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all engineering functions.What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in platform architecture, cloud services, and DevOps practises. Proven track record in leading engineering teams within the Government and Public Sector. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
