Head of PLG & Community Growth

Boltz is seeking a Head of Community & Growth Marketing to scale our open-source user base into active customers and enterprise pipeline. You will own PLG strategy, content, demand generation, and marketing analytics, building conversion funnels and defining key metrics.

You will lead a cross-functional team, translate complex biology/AI tools into compelling narratives, and shape programs that activate and retain users across global communities. Hybrid London-based role with global impact.
