Head of Predictive Analytics & Data Strategy

Munich Re UK Life is seeking a senior Lead for Predictive Analytics to drive data-driven growth across protection, longevity and reinsurance structuring. You will define the analytics roadmap, build a mature analytics function and partner with stakeholders to embed modeling into decision making.

You will lead development of advanced techniques (GLMs, GAMs, ML), manage data governance and collaborate across cross-functional teams, to deliver on 2030 ambitions.
