Head of Processing & Programs — Operations Excellence Lead

Howden is seeking a Head of Processing to lead post-placement processing across Bowood & Programs. You will drive efficiency, accuracy and compliance in premium, claims and bordereau handling, working with onshore and offshore teams to deliver value and scalable processes.

The role focuses on governance, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with brokers, technical teams, claims and finance to support growth and client service standards.
